ARTICLE 26..... VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION,
AND FEES
26.01 VALIDITY
Should any section, subsection, clause, or provision of this ordinance
be declared by the courts to be invalid, such section, subsection, clause,
or provision shall not affect the validity of the ordinance in its entirety
or any part thereof other than that portion so declared to be invalid,
26.02 INTERPRETATION
Whenever the requirements of this ordinance are at variance with
the requirements of any other lawfully adopted rules, regulations, or ordinances,
the most restrictive or that imposing the highest standards, shall govern,
26.03 FEES
The township board is authorized to establish, by resolution, fees
for applications for amendments to the zoning ordinance and for proceedings
before the zoning board of appeals or planning commission, to be paid by
the applicants therefore, to the Township of Hamlin, to help defray the
cost to the township of such proceedings, Notwithstanding anything to the
contrary contained in this ordinance, such fees may be altered by resolution
of the township board and in the discretion of such board,
