Sahara had her foal, a colt, right on her due date 4/25/97 at 12:35 AM EDT.

His name is Dubhe! His full name is Magnum's Al Dubhe Kon (pronounced I'll Do Be Coin). Dubhe is a star in the big dipper. Kon is the Polish word for horse. He has Egyptian/Polish Arab ancestry.
