The IC-R10 is Icom's latest hand-held communications receiver. It has features and the sensitivity most other hand-held scanners lack. Features like a real-time bandscope, 1000 alpha-numeric channels, computer control, and wide-band (.500 - 1300 MHz) coverage make this one of the best portable receivers ever made.
